Feb 19, 2020 marks 11 years after Kody Quinn Williams was struck down in Cloverdale, California, with no arrest being made.

TO KODY'S KILLER: WE ARE STILL YOUR FUTURE
Kody
Quinn Williams of Orland, CA was an outgoing, big-hearted 19-year-old
young man who was famous for helping the down and out. Kody loved his
family and friends and made every effort to live life to the fullest,
but tragically his life was cut short by a hit-and-run driver.
On
the evening of February 19, 2009 at approximately 7:45 PM, Kody was
struck by a hit and run driver as he walked along Citrus Fair Drive
under the Highway 101 over pass in Cloverdale, CA. As Kody lay helpless
in the roadway the vehicle that struck him left the scene. Kody never
regained consciousness, and as a result of his injuries, Kody died days later on February 21st.

those that know who killed Kody Quinn Williams, and have remained
silent, including the coward passenger, your hands were on the steering wheel that night also. You are
the mirror image of the coward you defend.
We will not rest,
until his killer is brought to justice, and each of you are named for
the world to see, and I do mean the world. Kody's story has now reached
over 31 countries, reaching also every state in the United States. This is no
longer a Cloverdale, California story. This is a worldwide story.
To Kody's killer, you drove away thinking this story would go away. Wrong. You could not have been farther from the truth.
Cloverdale, California Police Department. Its time.
Kody laid dying on your road. Run down by a coward in your town.
Left to die by a heartless killer and a coward.
A coward, who to this day still drinks in your town.
A killer, who to this day still drives in your town.
A killer who does what he wants when he wants in your town.
He laughs in your face. He thinks your the joke. He will continue with his ways, until he pays for his crime.
Your investigator dropped the ball, when he had everyone's name that was responsible. Driver and passenger.
Cloverdale,
California, is there anyone in that town that can walk into the
Cloverdale Police Department and turn Kody Quinn Williams killer in?
With facts. Anyone? Plenty could. No-one seems to have what it takes.
So
what does it take to get a killer off the streets? It takes you
Cloverdale, California. To step up and do what needs to be done.
