Feb, 19 marks 4 years after Kody Quinn Williams was struck down in Cloverdale, California, no arrest have been made.

Almost 4 years after Kody Quinn Williams was killed in Cloverdale, California, no arrest have been made.

Kody Quinn Williams of Orland, CA was an outgoing, big-hearted 19-year-old young man who was famous for helping the down and out. Kody loved his family and friends and made every effort to live life to the fullest, but tragically his life was cut short by a hit-and-run driver.

On the evening of February 19, 2009 at approximately 7:45 PM, Kody was struck by a hit and run driver as he walked along Citrus Fair Drive under the Highway 101 over pass in Cloverdale, CA. As Kody lay helpless in the roadway the vehicle that struck him left the scene. Kody never regained consciousness, and as a result of his injuries, Kody died two days later.

Cloverdale, California Police Department at some point needs to step up all efforts and get this killer off the street.
The Truth: It would take effort. Some effort. Any effort.

Is there anything on the books that is any more important than arresting Kody Williams killer? Name one Cloverdale Police Department. So where is all the effort going? Maybe its funds. No funds. No effort? No arrest? Sad excuse.

Rally for Justice

 Today there were rallies all over America for justice, for the young teenager shot in Florida a month ago.
Leaders, pro athletes, entertainers, students from all over the U.S are coming together for justice.
Al Sharpton, and Rev. Jesse Jackson were among the speakers and crowds. Even the President had his moment of speech on this tragedy.

3 years apart, 2 young men walked to the store for a snack. Neither came home alive.

Why is it only certain children matter to Al and Jesse? To Nancy Grace and Jane Velez? Why is it only certain children matter to ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC ? Why is it only certain children matter to the "masses" of kids leaving schools to rally? How do pro athletes choose which child they will defend?

Who decides which child's death is far more important than the other?

It's Christmas eve. 

We miss those children that have left this world long before their time.

After hearing the verdict in the Rachel Elliott case coming back as Elva Diaz Not Guilty of 2^nd Degree murder but Guilty of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter I found myself over the next 24 hours getting more angry. Now maybe only a few think as I do, but what the hell kind of argument is the following:

The former emergency medical technician's attorney, Deputy Public Defender Aimee Vierra, argued that her client ( ELVA DIAZ ) was not guilty of second-degree murder ( OF RACHEL ELLIOTT ) because the law states that a murder conviction is only justified if a defendant who caused a fatal crash while drunk had knowledge of the potential deadly consequences of his or her behavior.
"There was no warning about the dangers of drinking and driving in this case," Vierra said.

Honestly Aimee Vierra? Honestly JURY ? Let me get this right …. Now you can claim ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE and not be held 100% fully responsible for your actions? The state will drop the charge to a lesser charge because the defendant declares themselves a certified dumb ass? Whoever knew? Just think of the criminals out there now that will be begging their lawyers to declare them IGNORANT.

We knew Elva Diaz was ignorant, that why she climbed in the car drunk, drove in the wrong lane 85 mph. To say she was IGNORANT of the possibilities of the outcome of drinking and driving is IGNORANCE.

Aimee Vierra hugs and tears with Alva Diaz expressing how much a pleasure to defend her? Really? Really? Disgusting to be truthful. If Aimee Vierra actually got “the knock” on her door, that a loved one of hers was killed by the likes of Elva Diaz, would she then hug and exchange tears with the killer?
I honestly cannot find the words to speak.

This brings me around to Kody Williams case. Another example of small town lack of Justice. After a ruling such as Elva Diaz, what hope is there in Kody’s case for Justice?

I challenge Kody’s killer to look at the outcome of the Minquel Sanchez case, the Rachel Elliott case, hell look at the Caylee Anthony case, and throw yourself at the ‘mercy’ of the court. You also might get hugs and tears from someone such as Aimee Vierra. Maybe she will tuck you in at night and read you stories. Maybe she will tell the world what a pleasure it was defending a spineless killer such as yourself. You’ll be a hero in your own mind and hers.

Truth: It could have easily been Aimee Vierra that Elva Diaz killed that night, and Elva would have felt the same remorse. NONE.
Truth: This Justice system is NOT set up for the victim, BUT for the defendant.
Truth: Aimee Vierra’s argument is absolute ignorance. She will go to sleep tonight not believing it anymore than I do.
Truth: The jury, each taking a night, should have had to sit in Rachel's front seat for 2 hours, then come up with their verdict. Then Aimee Vierra should have spent the night in Rachel's car, before she thought about hugging Rachel's killer.
Truth: Justice will come. In front of God himself.
Truth: That Justice will be final.

Go ahead Kody’s killer turn yourself in. Now would be the time. Ignorance is running rampant. It seems to work for the defendant and the defender. No better time than the present.

Cloverdale, California killing has gone unchecked.

At the time of this report, the killing of Kody Quinn Williams in the small town of Cloverdale, California has gone unchecked. 846 days as of today. How high does that number go before something is done?

The killer still drives around Cloverdale free. Free to drink and drive. Free to frequent the Cloverdale bars then drive home, as he often does. Free to kill again, and why should he worry, as he has been given a free and clear avenue to kill at will in Cloverdale, California, and walk away free from it.

The killer still lives on his Dad's property in Cloverdale, California. He post photos of his happy little life on Myspace and Facebook. His mother still posting "how great her son is" on her Facebook page. Absolutely sickening.
