THE CPD HAS FAILED KODY QUINN WILLIAMS, AND HIS FAMILY.

Thirteen Years After The Killing of Kody Quinn Williams


It is now the year 2022.
13 years after Kody Quinn Williams was killed in a hit and run, in Cloverdale, Ca. 

Kody was struck by a vehicle at about 7:50pm while walking along Citrus Fair Drive under the Highway 101 overpass, February 19, 2009 in Cloverdale, California and past away tragically due to his injuries on February 21, 2009.
 
 
 
So 13 years in, it is safe to say the Cloverdale Police Department, former LT. Michael Campbell, and the State of California, has failed Kody Quinn Williams.

The following is for a specific person...
Kody Quinn Williams is dead, killed by the two pathetic cowards that you know. Yes, I know you know who killed him. Then you chose to look the other way. Played like you were serious. Lying the entire time. 
Covering for at least the driver. Yea, we know.

The Mother, a liar. The Father, a liar. 
The Father covered for the driver, from day one. Yea, we know. 
The truck, yea we know. 
The trip afterwards, yea we know. 
The repair of the truck, yea we know.
The drugs, yea we know.
Hell, it would seem that everybody knows.
To us, the passenger is just as guilty, maybe even more so. But each, being pathetic drug addicts, could care less. Continue living your life, as if you didn't leave Kody Quinn Williams on the side of the road to die. Please do. Get comfy. Wait for that knock on your door. It's coming.

But see, here is now the issue:
 
California is now letting out of prison, rapist, murderers, thugs and the likes. So would now be the right time to send the documentation of who killed Kody Quinn Williams to the "authorities"?
 
It has been sent out...you just don't know to whom.

13 years of gathering documentation. 13 years. One thing is missing. A Police Department, and court system, worthy of putting these two cowards in prison. So, we wait. Or do we?
