Kody Quinn Williams's Death - 13 Years Later

It is now the year 2022.
13 years after Kody Quinn Williams was killed in a hit and run, in Cloverdale, Ca. 

Kody was struck by a truck at about 7:50pm while walking along Citrus Fair Drive under the Highway 101 overpass, February 19, 2009 in Cloverdale, California and past away tragically due to his injuries on February 21, 2009.
 
 
 
When Kody Quinn Williams was struck down: 
A Son was killed.
A Brother was killed...to 7 siblings.
A future Husband was killed.
A future Father was killed.
A future Grandfather was killed.
A future Uncle was killed.
A Great Man was killed.
A Friend, to many, was killed.
 
Who was Kody Quinn Williams killed by? 
Two of Cloverdale, California's most pathetic cowards.
 
Cloverdale, California Police Dept. knew, in 2009, who killed Kody Quinn Williams.
LT. Michael Campbell knew who killed Kody Quinn Williams.
Cloverdale, California knew who killed Kody Quinn Williams.
 
...and the two cowards go about their life, as if they didn't hit Kody Quinn Williams, and leave him on the side of the road to die. We are here to remind the two cowardly boys who killed him, that Kody Quinn Williams is not going away.

Here at Justice For Kody Quinn Williams, we will again spend 2022 looking for a Billboard Company who is willing to work along with a third party, to place billboards inside/outside the Cloverdale, Ca area. Though the two killers move around to different states and cities, the majority of truth can still be found in Cloverdale, Ca.

If you are an established owner, or know of an owner, of a established billboard company, that services the Cloverdale, Ca area, we are in need of some information, as in the monthly cost of a billboard in the Cloverdale area, and the starting cost of a vinyl wrap.

Our intention for this vinyl wrap, is to include Kody Quinn Williams's photo, information on the date/time/location he was hit, and the request for information to be forwarded to the proper authorities.
