The killing of Orland Teen, Kody Quinn Williams, has gone unchecked by Cloverdale, California Police Department for 15 years now.

THE CPD HAS FAILED KODY QUINN WILLIAMS, AND HIS FAMILY.

We Want The Passengers Name, The Night Kody Quinn Williams Was Killed.

2020 marks 11 years after Kody Quinn Williams was killed.
Though people are hinting as to who the passenger was, we want to know everything about the passenger.
The time for hints are over.

WE WANT HIS NAME. HIS ADDRESS. HIS PHONE NUMBER. HIS PARENTS NAME. HIS RELATION TO THE DRIVER. HIS DRUG HABITS. WHERE HE CAN BE FOUND NOW. WHERE HE LAYS HIS HEAD. WHERE HE HIDES.

EVERYTHING.

Contact us if you know who the PASSENGER was, in the car the night of February 19, 2009, when Kody's killer struck him and drove away.

There are plenty of people in Cloverdale, Ca and Santa Rosa, Ca that know who the driver, and PASSENGER was.


THE DAYS OF MERCY ARE OVER. THE PASSENGER IS AS GUILTY AS THE DRIVER, AND WE ARE COMING AFTER YOU BOTH.


We want the passenger arrested this year, along with the driver. The passenger has known, from second one, that Kody had been struck, and has taken the last ELEVEN years to keep the facts hidden, and cover for the coward who was driving. We find them to be as responsible for Kody's death, as the driver. They could have made a call to the authorities, that may have saved Kody's life, but instead became a coward, just as the driver.


Passenger, know this, we WILL find you. Period.   


Everyone in that car, Feb 19, 2009 Cloverdale, California has taken 11 years away from Kody's life. They owe Kody.
