I too lost a younger brother in 92 under suspicious circumstances, dont let your anger cause you to retaliate without knowing who , what, etc. God knows who did this & if they are aware they did this terrible thing, regardless of accident etc, it doesnt matter.
I can tell you hurting them will not make it better, it will just keep the pai as fresh as it ever was, I know this. Rest peacefully knowing that our time here is but a fleeting second and 1,000 years on earth is but 1 day in heaven.
To us he was robbed ,but he is with Jesus and he does not feel so ,I assure you. I know by looing at him he would not want this suffering, honor him and search as you are, but know that true justice isnt found on earth, nor would you want the guilty one to be able to rectify his karmic debts on earth, He has a far greater justice awaiting him , one who will not show mercy when you would have. After following Kody's story, there seems to be a cover-up or conspiracy (or whatever u want to call it). Why didn't a detective investigate and handle this case from the beginning? If Cloverdale can't arrest and prosecute the killer, maybe someone that is more qualified should be brought in to take the case over.
This breaks my heart! I am so sorry for your loss and I hope you find the heartless monster that did this!!!!...Although, I live in another city far from where this happened, I have posted on my facebook page...don't give up and please keep the faith...You will have justice sooner or later...

Oh I feel for this poor family. I just stumbled across this from craigslist. How could someone treat a life like it was nothing when it was so precious and everything to his mother an father and fam and friends. God Bless you and hold you and ease your pain and stay steadfast knowing he is just and one day the "murderer" and coward will be brought to justice. Anyone covering up is just as guilty in my opinion. What a beautiful boyand I hope your whole family has the faith to know and believe you will see your beautiful boy again one day. This life is hard and each day away from a loved one taken before us is just one day closer til our reunion and until we see them again. No words I know can console but I am praying for you and for justice right now,
