Friends of the killer of Kody Williams

This letter is to the friends or former friends of the killer of Kody Williams.
Too afraid to speak out, but you know who it is....

THE REWARD IS NOW $25,000.00

We need the name or names of who is behind this cover-up.
Just the name and any TRUTH you might know.
It might seem as Cloverdale, California is keeping their mouth shut based on fear.
