Kody Williams and Rachel Elliott's cases. No True Justice found.

After hearing the verdict in the Rachel Elliott case coming back as Elva Diaz Not Guilty of 2^nd Degree murder but Guilty of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter I found myself over the next 24 hours getting more angry. Now maybe only a few think as I do, but what the hell kind of argument is the following:

The former emergency medical technician's attorney, Deputy Public Defender Aimee Vierra, argued that her client ( ELVA DIAZ ) was not guilty of second-degree murder ( OF RACHEL ELLIOTT ) because the law states that a murder conviction is only justified if a defendant who caused a fatal crash while drunk had knowledge of the potential deadly consequences of his or her behavior.
"There was no warning about the dangers of drinking and driving in this case," Vierra said.

DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER AIMEE VIERRA - NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU READ THIS THE TRUTH DOESN'T CHANGE - DOES IT?

Honestly Aimee Vierra? Honestly JURY ? Let me get this right …. Now you can claim ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE and not be held 100% fully responsible for your actions? The state will drop the charge to a lesser charge because the defendant declares themselves a certified dumb ass? Whoever knew? Just think of the criminals out there now that will be begging their lawyers to declare them IGNORANT.

We knew Elva Diaz was ignorant, that why she climbed in the car drunk, drove in the wrong lane 85 mph. To say she was IGNORANT of the possibilities of the outcome of drinking and driving is IGNORANCE.

Aimee Vierra hugs and tears with Alva Diaz expressing how much a pleasure to defend her? Really? Really? Disgusting to be truthful. If Aimee Vierra actually got “the knock” on her door, that a loved one of hers was killed by the likes of Elva Diaz, would she then hug and exchange tears with the killer?
I honestly cannot find the words to speak.

This brings me around to Kody Williams case. Another example of small town lack of Justice. After a ruling such as Elva Diaz, what hope is there in Kody’s case for Justice?

I challenge Kody’s killer to look at the outcome of the Minquel Sanchez case, the Rachel Elliott case, hell look at the Caylee Anthony case, and throw yourself at the ‘mercy’ of the court. You also might get hugs and tears from someone such as Aimee Vierra. Maybe she will tuck you in at night and read you stories. Maybe she will tell the world what a pleasure it was defending a spineless killer such as yourself. You’ll be a hero in your own mind and hers.

Truth: It could have easily been Aimee Vierra that Elva Diaz killed that night, and Elva would have felt the same remorse. NONE.
Truth: This Justice system is NOT set up for the victim, BUT for the defendant.
Truth: Aimee Vierra’s argument is absolute ignorance. She will go to sleep tonight not believing it anymore than I do.
Truth: The jury, each taking a night, should have had to sit in Rachel's front seat for 2 hours, then come up with their verdict. Then Aimee Vierra should have spent the night in Rachel's car, before she thought about hugging Rachel's killer.
Truth: Justice will come. In front of God himself.
Truth: That Justice will be final.

Go ahead Kody’s killer turn yourself in. Now would be the time. Ignorance is running rampant. It seems to work for the defendant and the defender. No better time than the present.

Cloverdale, California killing has gone unchecked.

At the time of this report, the killing of Kody Quinn Williams in the small town of Cloverdale, California has gone unchecked. 846 days as of today. How high does that number go before something is done?

The killer still drives around Cloverdale free. Free to drink and drive. Free to frequent the Cloverdale bars then drive home, as he often does. Free to kill again, and why should he worry, as he has been given a free and clear avenue to kill at will in Cloverdale, California, and walk away free from it.

The killer still lives on his Dad's property in Cloverdale, California. He post photos of his happy little life on Myspace and Facebook. His mother still posting "how great her son is" on her Facebook page. Absolutely sickening.

The day will come, killer, if you like it or not, through either conventional ways, or unconventional, that the world finds out about your willingness to kill and walk away. Social networking can work both ways. For you..or against you.

Maybe One Child Can Be Saved, Because Kody Quinn Williams Died.

February 19th, 2012 marked three years since Kody Quinn Williams was struck down in a hit and run. They have been three very long years for his friends and family.
What comes of this? So far no justice has come of it. No responsibility held for the crime.

So in the time it takes for justice to be found, what else can come of this? What changes can be made? What possible good can come of a child being killed?

Maybe....
Maybe tonight you smoked a blunt, or done a line.
Maybe tonight you drank one beer, or maybe a case.
Maybe you drove home from a bar, thinking “How did I ever make it to the driveway alive?”
Maybe you allowed a friend to leave your house drunk.
Maybe you are laughing right now thinking “Yea that was me.”
Maybe tomorrow isn’t your day.
Maybe tomorrow you kill someone.
Maybe tomorrow it is you that you kill.
Maybe tomorrow a drunk kills you.
Maybe tonight that friend you allowed to drive away drunk, kills someone, or themselves.
Maybe it’s your son, your daughter who is taking the risk.
Maybe you can show them Kody,s story.
Maybe you could step in and demand that the drinking and the drug use stops today. Maybe you can show them that death at 19 is real, and killing at 19 is real.
Maybe you’re a child with a parent who takes the risk to drink and drive.
Maybe you could ask them to view Kody,s story.
Maybe you could respectfully plea with them to no longer take that risk.

Maybe as I write this letter, someone tonight has taken that risk, and has killed someone, or has killed themselves.
Maybe tonight a mother cries, a father screams, a daughter, a son, a brother, a sister loses what was closest to them.

Maybe tonight, one person can make a difference. One.
Maybe one child can be saved, because one child died.
Maybe.
Just Maybe.

Too afraid to speak out, but you know who it is....

As the holidays are upon us, I can't help but think that you, THE PARENTS OF KODY WILLIAMS KILLER, are about to celebrate a Christmas and a New Year with your killer.
Doesn't it make you sick that you have allowed this to go on this long.
Honestly, Kody's family goes into the holiday season suffering the loss of their child all over again, as this year will be the first Christmas without their son, while you sit back in your sick little life allowing this pain to continue.
Don't let this go into 2010.....

This breaks my heart. Being a mom of two young boys, 3 yrs. & 11 yrs., really hits home...as much as it possibly could without wearing your shoes. There is going to be someone who knows the killer reading this who might just have a consciounce and turn him in! Don't people have hearts anymore? This was an innocent, pure young boy who was chosen...unacceptable. To the killer: you will never have freedom again, you will never have happy times again and know this...people are all around looking for you and will not give up! To the family: I can only imagine the pain and loss you are feeling and will feel forever, it will get easier as time goes on but you will never have what was taken back again. I will do anything I can to help bring you a little peace.
