Let me repeat that.
Almost 5 years after Kody Quinn Williams was killed in Cloverdale, California, no arrest have been made.
Kody Quinn Williams of Orland, CA was an outgoing, big-hearted 19-year-old young man who was famous for helping the down and out. Kody loved his family and friends and made every effort to live life to the fullest, but tragically his life was cut short by a hit-and-run driver.
On the evening of February 19, 2009 at approximately 7:45 PM, Kody was struck by a hit and run driver as he walked along Citrus Fair Drive under the Highway 101 over pass in Cloverdale, CA. As Kody lay helpless in the roadway the vehicle that struck him left the scene. Kody never regained consciousness, and as a result of his injuries, Kody died days later on February 21st.
To his killer, and to his killer friends and family, especially the killers mother; Look at the photos on this post. To the killer, this is who you killed. To the killer's friends, this is who he hit, and left to die on the side of the road. To the killer's mother, you look at that child, look at Kody, and know in your heart, your son ran him over, and left him to die, alone, on the side of the road, and that God knows you know.
"Silence shows Approval".
To those that know who killed Kody Quinn Williams, and have remained silent, Your hands were on the steering wheel that night also. You are the mirror image of the coward you defend.
We will not rest, until his killer is brought to justice, and each of you are named for the world to see, and I do mean the world. Kody's story has now reached 31 countries, reaching also every state in the United States. This is no longer a Cloverdale, California story. This is a worldwide story.
To Kody's killer, you drove away thinking this story would go away. Wrong. You could not have been farther from the truth.
Cloverdale, California Police Department at some point needs to step up all efforts and get this killer off the street.
The Truth: It would take effort. Some effort. Any effort.
Is there anything on the books that is any more important than arresting Kody Williams killer? Name one Cloverdale Police Department. So where is all the effort going? Maybe its funds. No funds. No effort? No arrest? Sad excuse.
Cloverdale, California Police Department. Its time. Enough is enough. 5 years? 5 years? 5 years?
Kody laid dying on your road. Run down by a coward in your town.
Left to die by a heartless killer and a coward.
A coward, who to this day still drinks in your town.
A killer, who to this day still drives in your town.
A killer who does what he wants when he wants in your town.
He laughs in your face. He thinks your the joke. He will continue with his ways, until he pays for his crime.
Cloverdale, California why does this killer still drink and drive in your town?
He has permission to do so.
For every day he is not in jail, Cloverdale, California Police Department is giving him permission to do what he wants, when he wants.
He has killed in your town and still runs free. He damn sure isn't concerned with drinking and driving in your town. The coward knows that the Cloverdale, California Police Department knows who he is. He knows they know he killed Kody Quinn Williams. He has unwritten permission to do what the hell he wants to in your town. If he can kill and get away with it in your town, he knows he can pretty much do what he wants.
Cloverdale, California, is there anyone in that town that can walk into the Cloverdale Police Department and turn Kody Quinn Williams killer in? With facts. Anyone? Plenty could. No-one seems to have what it takes.
I,d say write Officer Mike Campbell, but that doesn't seem to be very helpful.
So what does it take to get a killer off the streets? It takes you Cloverdale, California. To step up and do what needs to be done.

you are aware the driver lives in Cloverdale? Or not? I've been thru 3 checkpoints after the day this happened...I would appreciate what was known at the time re evidence etc Was this Citrus Fair Weekend? Is there any evidence and who was he with ? This is extremely sad and disturbing

This is over 6 years later, and now you question? You recall, 6 years later mind you, that you were stopped at 3 checkpoints the following day, but yet you don't recall if it was Citrus Fair Weekend? Interesting. Twice in two sentences you ask for evidence? Why the appreciation on your part? Who said he was with anyone? Something you know? As far as the evidence, your more than welcome to ask Cloverdale, Ca Police. ( 707) 894-2150 Not really sure they will relay any information to "Anonymous" though.
This is 6 years later, not 6 hours or 6 days, and writing to us as "Anonymous", asking only for evidence in the case, only leads us to believe you might actually know the answers to the questions you ask.
