THE CPD HAS FAILED KODY QUINN WILLIAMS, AND HIS FAMILY.

NO CHILD'S KILLING SHOULD GO UNCHECKED. ABSOLUTE ATROCITY.

We have vowed to never stop, until Kody's killers are in Prison. We will NOT stop chasing these spineless COWARDS, which includes the passenger.
